Non guaranteed reservations will be released at 18:00 hrs on the day of arrival

Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hrs to the arrival date

In case of no-show we will charge 70% of the first night of the reservation

During trading fairs and peak occupancy periods more restrictive regulations might apply

During serving hours the dining areas are reserved exclusively for guests who have their meals or breakfast. Drinks are served in the guest garden till 22:30.
There is no access to guest garden after 23:00 in order not to disturb other guest’s sleep.
The presence of pets must be declared at the check-in and extra costs might apply.
No pets can be left in the guest rooms without supervision. Dogs have access to the restaurant, to the guest garden (gravel). They have no access to the park and pool areas, as well as the parking lot at the back of the hotel. We take the right to cancel reservations if the above mentioned rules will not be observed.
Please do respect the non smoking policy of the hotel. We have 20 smoking rooms at disposal in every category. We take the right to cancel reservations if the above mentioned policy will not be observed.
